Senior Events Specialist
Engine is seeking a highly organized and hands-on Senior Events Specialist to manage a growing portfolio of in-person events. This role is integral to enhancing Engine's connections with prospects and customers through seamless event execution. The Senior Events Specialist will collaborate closely with teams across Growth, Sales, Marketing Operations, Brand, Supply, and Partnerships to ensure each event contributes effectively to the company's objectives.
In this position, you will oversee the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning and approvals to logistics, on-site execution, teardown, and post-event follow-up. Your responsibilities will include coordinating booth setups, managing venue and vendor requirements, handling audio/visual needs, overseeing shipping and print materials, and ensuring the availability of promotional items. Additionally, you will develop detailed project plans using Asana, manage cross-functional partnerships, and support marketing operations to facilitate lead management and data analysis.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in event marketing, operations, or coordination, with a strong focus on logistics. A marketer's mindset is essential, as the role requires connecting event execution to lead follow-up, pipeline development, ROI, and overall business outcomes. Hands-on experience in managing multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, as well as strong skills in Asana for project management, are also required.
The compensation for this role ranges from $92,820 to $128,500 annually, with additional benefits such as equity and potential annual bonuses. The position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with occasional travel to priority events. Candidates should be prepared to travel approximately 30% of the time for key events and may need to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
