Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Email Systems
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer specializing in Email Systems at MZLA Technologies Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in developing a new suite of communication tools, including end-to-end encrypted file sharing and an email service. In this role, you will be responsible for building and prototyping new features to address complex technical challenges, developing metrics to monitor email delivery rates and sender reputation, and diagnosing service-level issues. You will also monitor email industry standards and emerging threats to propose improvements that enhance delivery, reputation, and spam resilience. Additionally, you will develop and evolve code architecture to ensure scalability and robustness, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with designers and product leads to deploy prototypes that improve workflows and analytics capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of professional software development experience, including at least two years in a senior role. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python 3 is required, along with experience in building and maintaining email services and web applications. A strong understanding of the full software development life cycle, the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, and excellent English communication skills are essential. Experience with deploying and managing web infrastructure on AWS or similar cloud providers is also necessary.
Compensation for this role is competitive, with salary ranges as follows: US: $125,000 - $144,000 USD; Canada: $108,000 - $125,000 CAD; UK: £62,000 - £72,000 GBP.
