The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with 7+ years of experience designing, building, and debugging large-scale, cloud-based applications. Proficiency in building production-grade applications with React, including reusable components, complex state management, and performance optimization, is essential. Professional experience with Ruby on Rails or a comparable MVC framework is required. A solid understanding of SOLID principles, software design patterns, and scalable architecture is necessary. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL is also expected. Experience working in Agile/Lean product development environments (Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
