Senior Fullstack Engineer, Patient Experience
Midi Health is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Patient Experience team, focusing on developing products and applications that enhance the entire patient lifecycle—from discovery and booking to ongoing care management and engagement. This role is pivotal in driving large projects through all development stages, including brainstorming, architectural design, execution, testing, rollout, and iteration. As a rapidly scaling company dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare, we offer a dynamic environment for motivated engineers.
In this position, you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to enhance existing products and develop new ones. Your responsibilities include crafting scalable and flexible code, balancing speed of execution with scalability, and actively contributing to engineering processes, culture, practices, and systems. You will also analyze complex technical problems to architect effective solutions and participate in code reviews and technical decision-making.
The ideal candidate has over six years of experience building scalable solutions across the stack, preferably in a consumer-facing startup environment. Expertise in Django/DRF and React/Next.js or similar technologies is essential. Strong collaboration skills with non-engineering stakeholders are required to align technical decisions with business objectives. A proactive ownership mindset throughout the development lifecycle, commitment to automated testing and high code quality, and experience mentoring junior engineers are also important.
The estimated salary range for this role is $170,000 to $210,000 per year, based on experience and skills. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a wide range of benefits and equity in the company.
