Senior Global Revenue Enablement Manager
Riskified is seeking a Senior Global Revenue Enablement Manager to act as a strategic liaison between global leadership, cross-functional partners, and frontline Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. This role is pivotal in translating complex AI initiatives into actionable sales strategies, ensuring seamless integration into the daily operations of Business Development, Account Executive, and Account Management teams.
Key responsibilities include leading the rollout of AI-driven enablement programs with a focus on human-centric adoption, facilitating cross-company communication between Sales, Product Marketing, and Operations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning through coaching and knowledge sharing. Additionally, the role involves serving as the primary enablement partner for the US region, addressing unique challenges within the global enablement framework.
The ideal candidate will have 6–8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Leadership, or GTM Strategy within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven expertise in integrating AI tools into sales workflows, exceptional interpersonal skills for navigating complex organizations, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences are essential. Experience in coaching with a focus on emotional intelligence and a data-informed approach to driving behavior change are also required.
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 annually, applicable to candidates performing the job within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location.
