In this position, the Senior Growth Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies tailored to the weddings segment. This includes identifying and testing various channels such as digital marketing, field events, referral programs, and affiliate partnerships to drive customer acquisition. Collaboration with Product and Sales teams is essential to align on objectives and address any barriers to success. The role also involves designing comprehensive lifecycle programs to enhance the wedding customer experience from initial engagement through post-checkout. A hands-on approach is required, with the specialist expected to execute strategies directly and leverage AI tools to optimize growth efforts.
