Senior GTM Engineer
Engine is seeking a Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to join their Growth Engineering team. This role focuses on developing technical systems that enhance customer acquisition by streamlining account sourcing, prioritization, and engagement. Engine is an AI-native platform for intelligent travel, serving over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers. As a Senior GTM Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Growth teams to build internal tools, services, and automations that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include identifying and operationalizing data signals to find and prioritize high-potential accounts, developing data pipelines and integrations connecting external data sources with GTM systems, and designing and maintaining reliable applications with strong architectural, security, and scalability practices. Additionally, you will work directly with sales representatives and Growth leaders to understand workflows, identify friction points, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production applications. Strong system-design fundamentals and proficiency in a modern tech stack are essential. Experience in building APIs, integrations, data pipelines, internal tools, or automation systems is required. Familiarity with Salesforce and modern data, enrichment, or automation tools is beneficial. A strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical work to customer acquisition, efficiency, and revenue is important. A builder mindset, comfortable moving from ambiguous problems to working solutions and iterating quickly, is also desired.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from $135,150 to $187,000 USD, with equity for all employees. Depending on the role, total compensation may also include an annual bonus.
