(Senior) HR Business Partner, Go to Market (GTM)
Riskified is seeking a strategic and dynamic (Senior) HR Business Partner to join our New York team. This role will serve as the dedicated HR partner for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, encompassing Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, navigating a fast-paced environment to drive organizational changes and build high-performing teams.
Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic consultant to GTM leadership on people-related matters such as organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. The role involves leading and supporting organizational restructuring and transitions, ensuring smooth execution and clear communication. Additionally, the HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide critical insights into team needs, culture fit, and leadership requirements.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced global tech environment or startup, with a strong advantage for those with experience supporting GTM/Sales organizations. A proven ability to drive complex organizational changes and support leadership through growth and restructuring is essential. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a strong understanding of GTM functions are also required. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary, with a master's degree or HR certification like SHRM-SCP considered a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000, applicable to candidates performing the job within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location. In addition to the base salary, full-time regular employees receive a bonus target and are eligible for stock-based awards.
