In this position, the Senior IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for improving identity and access services, particularly focusing on Okta for single sign-on, automated account provisioning, multi-factor authentication, and access policies. The role also includes leading the administration and enhancement of Google Workspace, managing users, groups, Gmail, Drive, and security settings to optimize collaboration and access controls.
