Senior Lab Technician - Working Location: Tan Phu, HCMC
Eurofins is seeking a Senior Lab Technician to join our team in Tan Phu, Ho Chi Minh City. The Senior Lab Technician will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring that product testing processes are executed precisely as requested. Responsibilities include creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and forms for new methods and procedures in the chemical lab. The role also involves training analysts on analytical techniques, developing and validating analytical methods, and providing technical support to marketing, sales, customer service, and clients regarding testing and reporting inquiries. Additionally, the technician will manage inventory of laboratory chemicals and equipment, prepare necessary documents for ISO 17025 audits, and ensure timely issuance of reports to customers.
Candidates should possess a university degree in Mechanical, Technology, Chemical, or related fields, with at least five years of experience in Toys Testing or the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry. Proficiency in English, both listening and speaking, is required. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and under high pressure, and be responsible and detail-oriented. Experience in appointing and arranging staff for daily work is also essential.
