A minimum of 3-6 years of legal experience supporting U.S. patent litigation is essential, including involvement in preparing IPR filings, PTAB trial support, written opinion work, or patent infringement case support. The role also requires the ability to analyze patents and scientific information, compile analyses and claim charts, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
