Senior Legal Analyst

Onapsis is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Legal Analyst to join its legal department. This role involves contributing to the preparation and review of legal documents, providing insightful analysis to support legal decision-making, and optimizing legal processes, data management, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The position reports to the Director of Legal Operations & Corporate Counsel.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating global supplier agreements and various commercial technology contracts with customers and partners, such as NDAs, SOWs, Software Order Forms, Master Software License Agreements, and Managed Services Security Agreements. The Senior Legal Analyst will coordinate redlines and negotiation strategies, conduct gap analyses, and defend legal terms on standard internal templates and third-party agreements. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and optimizing the contract database, generating reports on contract status and key terms, conducting legal risk assessments, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in law and 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Business fluency in English with concise verbal and written communication skills is essential. Prior experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT, technology product, and/or services agreements is required. The candidate must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The role requires the ability to work under pressure to meet specific deadlines, both independently and within a team environment.
