Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate

AirTrunk, a leading data centre company in the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate to join their team. This role reports to the Director, Legal – Corporate Transactions, and involves close collaboration with various teams and leadership across the APJ region. The position is based in Singapore.

In this role, the Senior Legal Counsel will provide expert legal advice on a range of corporate transactions, including capital raisings, internal restructurings, acquisitions, and joint venture opportunities across the APJ region. Responsibilities include reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing complex transaction documentation, identifying and managing legal and regulatory risks, and monitoring emerging legal issues to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Candidates should possess a law degree from an accredited institution and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate/M&A, funds management, private equity, or real estate investment, gained from a reputable law firm and/or in-house environment. Experience in managing cross-border corporate transactions, particularly within APJ jurisdictions, is essential. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders are also required.
