AirTrunk, a leading data centre company in the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate to join their team. This role involves providing expert legal advice on corporate transactions, including capital raisings, internal restructurings, acquisitions, and joint ventures, to support the company's rapid expansion across the APJ region. The position reports to the Director, Legal – Corporate Transactions, and collaborates closely with various teams and leadership across the region.
