Senior Legal Counsel Corporate & M&A Law (m/w/d) - REF7999K

As a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Corporate and M&A Law, you will be an integral member of AUMOVIO's global legal department, providing expert legal advice to AUMOVIO SE and its subsidiaries. AUMOVIO, an independent technology and electronics company since its spin-off in September 2025, is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, and employs approximately 87,000 people across more than 100 locations worldwide.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include advising on stock corporation law, including the specifics of a Societas Europaea (SE), supporting the annual shareholders' meeting, and providing counsel on capital market laws and corporate governance topics. Additionally, you will assist with M&A and corporate finance projects, as well as manage corporate housekeeping for subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate is a fully qualified lawyer in Germany with experience in corporate law, M&A, and/or finance. Fluency in both German and English, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit are essential for success in this position.
