Senior Legal Counsel | Mon to Fri 38hrs | Balcatta Support Centre

Sodexo is seeking a positive, commercially minded, and outcome-focused Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The Senior Legal Counsel will provide pragmatic legal and commercial advice, driving outcomes for the business. Responsibilities include delivering support across multiple practice areas, engaging with staff and clients from diverse backgrounds, and occasionally traveling to remote sites to understand operations, meet key clients, and provide on-the-ground training and support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, with specialist expertise in information technology/systems, company secretarial, data privacy, construction, or litigation preferred. Prior in-house experience and/or exposure to the food, events, mining, retail, or facilities management sectors are advantageous. A practical and support-oriented mindset, along with the ability to engage and relate to individuals from varied backgrounds, is essential.
