Senior Legal Counsel | Mon to Fri 38hrs | Perth, Melbourne or Brisbane

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team, providing legal support across our operations in Perth, Melbourne, or Brisbane. In this role, you will deliver pragmatic legal and commercial advice, engaging with various areas of practice and addressing diverse scenarios. Responsibilities include providing support on information technology systems, company secretarial matters, data privacy, construction, and litigation. Occasional travel to remote sites will be required to understand operations, meet key clients, and provide on-the-ground training and support.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, with specialist expertise in information technology systems, company secretarial matters, data privacy, construction, or litigation. Prior in-house experience and exposure to sectors such as food, events, mining, retail, or facilities management are preferred. A practical, support-oriented mindset and the ability to engage with staff and clients from diverse backgrounds are essential.
