In this role, the Senior Live Support Consultant will serve as the first point of contact for customers across various support channels, including voice, email, chat, and WhatsApp. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving payment-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions, and maintaining ownership of issues throughout the process. The consultant will also be expected to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, manage workload effectively in a 24/7 shift environment, and adhere to internal processes and compliance standards relevant to the payments industry.

Candidates should possess a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of customer experience in an international support center environment and at least 3 years working across an omni-channel support environment. A solid understanding of the South African payments landscape is essential, and experience in a card payment environment is advantageous. Intermediate computer literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and previous experience working with Salesforce are also preferred.
