As Senior Manager, eCommerce Planning & Strategy at WPP Media, you will lead the regional e-commerce growth agenda for a major global prestige beauty brand, focusing primarily on Amazon as a key channel. This role involves developing and executing annual and quarterly business plans, translating brand objectives into channel-specific growth strategies, and leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Amazon to align on priorities, investment, and shared KPIs.

Key responsibilities include setting the strategic direction for all Amazon Paid Media to ensure alignment with business outcomes, managing performance metrics such as revenue, ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS, and making informed decisions on investment strategies. Additionally, you will oversee the optimization of the digital shelf by ensuring product pages are conversion-ready, driving continuous improvement across product detail pages, ratings, and reviews, and proactively addressing performance issues.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce or total commerce, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon. A proven track record in building and executing e-commerce growth strategies, strong commercial acumen, and experience working in or alongside agencies managing multiple stakeholders are essential. Experience in beauty, FMCG, or premium consumer goods is a plus.
