Senior Manager: Product Operations & Program Management

Morgan & Morgan, the largest injury law firm in the world, is seeking a Senior Manager for Product Operations & Program Management to join their Brooklyn, New York office. This role is integral to the firm's mission of delivering exceptional client service through innovative technology solutions. The position involves leading a diverse team and overseeing critical product and engineering initiatives.

In this role, the Senior Manager will directly manage a team comprising Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Data Analysts. Responsibilities include setting clear priorities, balancing workloads, coaching team members, and ensuring the team focuses on high-value work. Additionally, the role involves hands-on project management for select platform and technical workstreams, including running standups, maintaining Jira backlogs, tracking dependencies, and driving delivery to schedule. The Senior Manager will also define and implement product team-wide standards and best practices, manage the health of the product team's tooling ecosystem, monitor execution against planned roadmap commitments, oversee analyst portfolio management, facilitate cross-team coordination, and build and maintain reporting on delivery health and team capacity.

Candidates should have over six years of experience in program management, product operations, project management, or a related operational leadership role, preferably within a technology or product-driven organization. Experience in managing or leading teams across multiple functions is essential. Proficiency with Jira, including backlog management, sprint tracking, and roadmapping tools like Jira Product Discovery, is required. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent communication skills are also necessary.

This is an in-office position requiring four days a week in the Brooklyn office. Relocation assistance is not available.
