This position is based in the United Kingdom and reports to the Director of Sales Enablement.
The primary responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive enablement programs tailored for SDRs, encompassing onboarding, continuous training, and skill development initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align SDR strategies with broader sales and marketing objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in outreach efforts. Additionally, the Senior Manager will monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted coaching sessions.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity sectors. A strong understanding of SDR functions and best practices is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively mentor and guide the team. Proficiency in utilizing sales enablement tools and platforms is also required.
