Senior Manager, Search & Performance

WPP Media is seeking a Senior Manager, Search & Performance to lead the Search & Performance Hub in the APAC region. This role encompasses ownership of Paid Search, SEO, AEO/GEO, Website Performance, Analytics & Tagging, and the exploration of emerging channels such as Reddit and Pinterest. The position is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Search Lead.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive search strategies, collaborating with brand and UX teams to enhance website design and conversion rates, and managing analytics and tagging to ensure accurate measurement across markets. The Senior Manager will also lead initiatives in emerging platforms, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to optimize performance.

Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in performance operations for large-scale clients, with a strong background in managing performance platforms, particularly in search. Proficiency in GA4, GTM/tag management, and website optimization is essential. The role requires a strategic mindset, analytical expertise, and the ability to lead and coach a mid to large-sized team.
