Senior Media Activation Executive
The Senior Media Activation Executive at WPP Media is responsible for executing tactical planning, setup, and activation of Paid Search campaigns across multiple countries for the Google client. This role is part of the Media Futures Group (MFG) APAC activation team, which focuses on delivering strategic and integrated media approaches to drive better business results. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale.
Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end campaigns from client brief to channel planning, execution, quality assurance, and reporting. The executive will support multiple markets, ensuring timely campaign launches in compliance with platform best practices. Daily tasks involve monitoring campaign pacing, generating client-facing reports, and maintaining data integrity. The role also requires a growing understanding of media planning fundamentals, tactical essentials, and the channels and platforms relevant to specific APAC markets.
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in activating Paid Search campaigns, preferably via Google Ads or SA360 platforms. High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong analytical abilities are essential. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, particularly with pivot tables and Vlookups, is required. A demonstrable interest in paid digital media ads, especially Paid Search, and a passion for digital marketing trends are also important.
