As a Senior Customer Service Representative at Autohero, part of the AUTO1 Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive purchasing experience for our customers. Working closely with the team leadership, you will actively participate in daily operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes. This position offers the flexibility of up to 100% remote work within Germany.

Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the first point of contact for team members, assisting with inquiries, uncertainties, or escalations. You will support quality assurance initiatives and help refine our operational procedures. Additionally, you will oversee the structured onboarding of new team members and step in to manage daily tasks during staffing shortages.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, preferably within an inbound call center or a similar environment. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency with digital tools are essential. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a professional demeanor are also required. Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel for basic functions and simple analyses is beneficial. A commitment to teamwork and a high standard of service are crucial, along with the willingness to occasionally travel to Berlin for meetings or team events.
