Senior Operations Specialist, Supply Risks & Compliance
As a Senior Operations Specialist in Supply Risks & Compliance at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape across our markets. This position involves closely monitoring compliance changes and assessing their impact on our courier supply chain, ensuring that our operations remain resilient and adaptable. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable strategies, maintaining the efficiency and growth of our delivery services.
Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring compliance and regulatory changes across Northern region markets and assessing their impact on courier supply, including acquisition, conversion, and activation. You will quantify supply risks such as conversion shifts, time-to-convert, customer acquisition cost implications, pool health, churn patterns, and forecasting uncertainty. Partnering with teams like Legal, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Finance, you will ensure that supply considerations shape implementation plans. Additionally, you will facilitate timely escalations to markets and senior stakeholders, build assumptions for impact on key performance indicators, budgets, workload, and acquisition plans, and prepare structured briefs and playbooks that translate regulatory changes into clear operational steps for Supply. Tracking the execution of compliance-driven changes and evaluating their real-world impact on supply predictability and performance will also be key aspects of your role.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Growth, or Supply roles where change or regulatory shifts influenced performance. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, quantify impact, and support short- to mid-term forecasting. Experience in building simple operational models or forecasting frameworks that translate regulatory or funnel changes into expected business outcomes is required. The role demands a confident communicator who can align stakeholders across functions and is comfortable working with ambiguity, bringing structure to unclear tasks and adapting as requirements evolve. Familiarity with modern tools, including the practical use of AI or GPT-based assistants to improve speed, structuring, or analysis, is also important. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, and full professional proficiency in Swedish is preferred.
