Senior Paralegal

The Senior Paralegal at Scout Motors will play a pivotal role within the legal team, contributing to the company's mission of revolutionizing the electric pickup truck and rugged SUV market. This position is based at the corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, and requires a commitment of 4-5 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities include supporting attorneys across a broad spectrum of litigation matters, such as commercial, consumer, labor, and employment cases. The role involves leading and coordinating discovery-related tasks, managing litigation holds, organizing document collections, and facilitating communications between internal teams and external partners. Additionally, the Senior Paralegal will assist in preparing discovery materials, support deposition preparations, and maintain meticulous records within electronic management systems.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, with an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred, and have at least five years of paralegal experience. A strong understanding of general litigation processes, discretion in handling sensitive information, and expertise in legal holds and discovery procedures are essential. The role demands excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
