Senior Partnerships Lead
MarqVision is seeking a Senior Partnerships Lead to join our Ecosystem & Platform Partnerships Team in Shanghai, China. This role focuses on enhancing our brand protection services by establishing and managing relationships with online intermediaries, industry associations, and law enforcement agencies within the region. As a key player in our mission to safeguard original ideas and innovations, you will contribute to expanding our influence and effectiveness in combating counterfeiting and IP infringements.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing partnerships with key stakeholders in China to address enforcement challenges and improve service quality for our clients. Your day-to-day activities will include serving as the primary point of contact for anti-counterfeiting matters, collaborating with the Director of Partnerships to implement strategic initiatives, and gathering and sharing best practices for enforcement within the region.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in trust and safety, brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, or IP enforcement. A strong understanding of common brand protection challenges and proven experience in resolving them is essential. Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to manage discussions, resolve conflicts, and negotiate in sensitive situations. Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team spirit are also crucial. Fluency in Mandarin and full business proficiency in English are mandatory.
