Senior People Partner, International
Canva is seeking a Senior People Partner to join its International team, based in London. This role involves collaborating directly with the Head of International and the leadership team to address a wide range of people-related challenges, including performance culture, organizational design, talent management, and leadership development. The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between on-site and remote work.
The Senior People Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing the International People strategy, ensuring alignment with Canva's global objectives. Key responsibilities include establishing a strong performance culture across various markets, standardizing leadership development and talent management practices, and effectively executing people programs at scale. The role also involves partnering with the broader People team to adapt global programs to local contexts, particularly in emerging markets, while maintaining consistency and effectiveness.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in HR business partnering within fast-paced, high-growth environments. They should possess deep expertise in core HR disciplines such as performance management, organizational design, leadership development, talent management, and change management. Experience supporting international or geographically distributed businesses is essential, along with a proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and act as a credible strategic thought partner.
