Senior People Partner, Marketing

Snowflake is seeking a Senior People Partner to serve as the primary strategic advisor to our Marketing leadership organization, including direct partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer. This is a highly visible, staff-plus role designed for an experienced People Partner who operates with executive presence, strong independent judgment, and the ability to shape people strategy at scale.

This role is based in our Menlo Park office, with in-office attendance required three days per week. Due to the nature of ELT partnership, location flexibility is not available for this position.

The Senior People Partner will work closely with senior Marketing leaders, the Go-To-Market People Partner leadership team, and People Centers of Excellence to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and business-aligned people strategy. This role reports to the Director, People Partner, Go-To-Market.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE:

As a Senior People Partner, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy, leadership effectiveness, and organizational design, influencing outcomes well beyond your immediate client group. You will:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership: Partner directly with the CMO and senior Marketing leaders as a strategic thought partner. Provide candid, data-driven counsel on people, organizational, and leadership decisions, and confidently challenge perspectives when needed to drive the best outcomes for the business.
