Senior Power Conversion Engineer

Silicon Ranch Corporation is seeking a Senior Power Conversion Engineer to oversee the performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of power conversion systems across its operating fleet. This role is integral to ensuring the optimal operation of inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and related AC equipment. The position serves as the technical owner of power conversion system performance, bridging field execution, engineering analysis, and vendor engagement. The Senior Power Conversion Engineer will inform equipment selection and design standards for new projects while driving the resolution of both systemic and site-specific issues.
