Solar PV Operations and Maintenance Area Lead III - Memphis, TN

Silicon Ranch Corporation is seeking a Solar PV Operations and Maintenance Area Lead III to oversee and perform maintenance tasks at solar facilities in the Memphis, TN area. In this role, the Area Lead III will be responsible for conducting both scheduled and unscheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on various systems, including photovoltaic (PV) systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, substations, and medium/high voltage (MV/HV) systems. The position also involves leading a team, providing daily leadership, mentoring, and training to direct reports, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members and management.

Candidates should possess advanced skills with computers and electronic equipment, along with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. A working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards is required. A valid driver's license is necessary, and certifications such as OSHA 30 and CPR/BLS must be obtained within four weeks of employment. A state electrical license or NABCEP certification is desired. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in the electrical trade or electrical maintenance, with a minimum of one year in utility-scale solar PV operations and maintenance.
