The Senior Product Analyst, Growth at Midi Health will collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive data-informed decisions that enhance user engagement and retention. Midi Health is a rapidly expanding virtual clinic dedicated to women's midlife health, offering insurance-covered care for perimenopause, menopause, and other hormone-related health challenges. The company combines clinical expertise with technology to improve access and outcomes for millions of women.
In this role, the analyst will map user journeys to identify friction points and key moments that drive retention, perform exploratory analyses to understand user segmentation and feature usage patterns, and evaluate conversion funnels to inform product feature prioritization. They will also lead the experimentation framework by designing A/B tests, defining success metrics, and analyzing results to guide product strategy. Maintaining data integrity through proper instrumentation and collaborating with engineering to ensure accurate analytics implementation are also key responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced SQL skills for querying large datasets, experience with data modeling and ETL processes, and proficiency in product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel. A strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing and causal inference methods, is essential. Proficiency in BI tools for data visualization and storytelling, as well as scripting languages like Python for advanced analysis, is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in product analytics or data science, particularly in high-growth environments, and a proven track record of working with product managers and engineers on growth and retention initiatives.
