The analyst will collaborate closely with Product, R&D, Monetization, and Marketing teams to optimize onboarding, activation, retention, and revenue growth strategies.
Key responsibilities include leading pod performance by managing core product KPIs across various stages such as onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization. The role requires building and maintaining a clear funnel view with defined breakpoints and drivers, proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities, and leading regular business reviews with actionable recommendations. Additionally, the analyst will oversee the end-to-end A/B testing lifecycle, applying strong statistical methodologies to ensure data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate should possess over five years of experience in product or growth analytics within a B2C environment, preferably focusing on mobile applications. Essential skills include deep expertise in onboarding, activation, retention, churn, and lifetime value analysis, a proven track record in leading A/B tests and influencing product decisions, strong proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis, and experience with experimentation platforms and behavioral analytics tools.
