Senior Product Designer, Consumer
is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance its core consumer experiences, including mobile apps, web applications, marketing website, and Blockchain Explorer. This role involves designing critical user journeys end-to-end and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong crypto product experience and understand the unique UX challenges of wallets, trading, on-chain interactions, and self-custody.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end design for key product areas and user journeys, creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI ready for production, delivering high-quality, detail-oriented design across mobile and web, and partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship impactful features. Additionally, the role involves simplifying complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences, improving onboarding, trading, payments, and portfolio UX, designing for trust, clarity, and security in high-stakes financial interactions, and continuously raising the bar for UX, visual design, and interaction quality.
Required qualifications include 5–8+ years in Product Design (consumer products), a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped mobile and web products, a strong appetite for aesthetics, direct crypto experience (required) in wallet, exchange, DeFi, explorer, or on-chain products, strong proficiency in Figma, deep understanding of mobile and web UX patterns, and experience designing for crypto-specific challenges such as self-custody, transactions & signing flows, trading UX, blockchain data representation, and trust & security design.
Preferred qualifications include experience designing crypto wallets or exchanges, experience simplifying complex financial or technical systems, experience in startup or high-growth environments, and experience contributing to design systems.
