Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer at EarnIn will lead the design and refinement of core user experiences within the Financial Intelligence Platform team. This role focuses on enhancing foundational features such as bank connectivity, earnings tracking, and repayment processes, ensuring they align with EarnIn's mission to provide real-time financial flexibility to its community members. The position is based in Bengaluru, India, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring two days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities include designing and improving customer journeys from account setup to repayment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define design requirements, and establishing design patterns that promote consistency and simplicity. The designer will identify and address friction points in critical workflows, leveraging research and customer feedback to inform design strategies that enhance usability, clarity, and compliance.

Candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience in designing consumer-facing digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills and measurable improvements in user satisfaction. A deep understanding of financial products and user trust is essential, along with proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows. Excellent storytelling and communication skills are required to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
