Senior Product Designer

Gong is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Designer to join our team in Tel Aviv. As a key member of our product design department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and design of one of Gong's core product areas. Our company is dedicated to transforming how revenue teams operate by leveraging AI to unify data, insights, and workflows into a single, trusted system.

In this role, you will drive the end-to-end design process, from ideation and wireframing to delivering polished, high-fidelity designs. You will champion user-centered design principles, ensuring that our products are intuitive, scalable, and impactful. Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers, you will translate complex user problems into elegant and simple solutions, balancing strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience designing flows, experiences, and user interfaces for web and mobile products, preferably in B2B SaaS environments. Proficiency in rapid and high-fidelity prototyping tools, particularly Figma, is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences are key attributes we seek. Additionally, experience with user research methodologies and usability testing will be advantageous.
