Senior Product Designer
Noom is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design efforts within our Engagement Growth Engine team. This role is crucial to shaping how users engage with our platform to build lasting habits and improve their health. You'll work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Data Scientists to design experiences that drive retention and long-term user success.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end design for key initiatives within the Engagement Growth Engine team, from discovery through execution. Your responsibilities include creating and iterating on user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals grounded in user insights. You'll partner closely with cross-functional peers to identify opportunities, shape product strategy, and define success metrics. Additionally, you'll facilitate design critiques and feedback sessions, contributing to a culture of design excellence and collaboration.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered, impactful work. You should have a proven track record of designing for consumer-facing digital products at scale and expertise in Figma and other design tools, with a strong understanding of design systems and component-based design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines are essential, along with a bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
