What you'll be doing
As a Senior Product Designer reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will operate in a unique, high-impact role that sits outside of our standard product pods. You are a strategic partner tasked with tackling our most complex, cross-functional, and future-facing challenges. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Feature Design - Lead the end-to-end design of new features and products, from discovery to delivery.
- Design System - Help grow and improve our design system to impact scalability and product-wide consistency.
- Ownership - Drive the design lifecycle for key product areas with autonomy.
- Strategic Impact - Act as a strategic partner, using design to influence product direction and business goals.
- Influence&Mentorship - While not a people manager, you will be a mentor for the entire design team.
- Elevating the quality bar - Act as a champion for design excellence. You will partner with our designers to drive strategic improvements, while also leading the exploration and adoption of new tools and processes, including AI, to increase our design quality and operational efficiency.
