Senior Product Manager — AI Recruiting
SeekOut is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered recruiting products. This role involves collaborating with engineering and design teams to enhance user experiences and drive product strategy based on user feedback and data analysis. The position is based in Bellevue, WA, with a hybrid work arrangement.
The Senior Product Manager will immerse themselves in recruiter workflows to identify pain points and translate these insights into clear product visions and strategies. They will utilize AI tools to rapidly prototype solutions and effectively communicate product directions across teams. Partnering closely with engineering, the role involves executing and shipping high-quality products, followed by continuous improvement through iteration. Additionally, the manager will work with sales and customer success teams to bring products to market, gather feedback, and refine the user experience post-launch.
Candidates should have over five years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or platform products, and a strong technical background. Experience working on or closely with AI/ML-powered products is essential, along with a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate day-to-day work. A track record of building and shipping successful products in fast-paced environments, familiarity with modern product development practices, and the ability to analyze product metrics are also required.
The base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $185,000 annually.
