Key responsibilities include providing structured feedback on SeekOut's recruiting product, Spot, based on personal experience and candidate interactions. The role also entails ensuring full compliance with recruiting workflows, independently tracking key performance indicators, and introducing efficiencies to support the company's scaling and process development efforts. Furthermore, the Talent Advisor contributes to team knowledge-sharing, supports junior team members, and engages in cross-functional projects to foster a collaborative work environment.

Candidates should possess 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least one year in an agency-style environment. Experience in filling a wide range of roles, from technical positions to business-critical functions, is essential. A minimum of two years in client-facing roles is required, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to manage expectations and build rapport with hiring managers. Additionally, 1–2 years of experience in contributing to product or process improvements within a growing recruiting organization or startup is preferred.

SeekOut offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 annually.
