Senior Product Manager
Engine is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of customer-facing products that simplify business travel. As part of the AI-native platform for intelligent travel, you'll join a team dedicated to enhancing the travel experience for businesses and travelers alike. In this role, you'll own a product area end-to-end, setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap, and guiding features from discovery through launch and iteration. You'll focus on understanding customer needs, identifying experience breakdowns, and delivering products that make business travel simpler. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Operations, and Support—is essential to align priorities and drive outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have over five years of hands-on product management experience, particularly with customer-facing products in marketplaces, booking, travel, e-commerce, or fintech. A strong generalist with sharp product sense, customer empathy, and a data-driven approach is essential. Experience with AI-powered products or modern AI tools is highly desirable. Candidates should be comfortable moving with urgency, communicating the rationale behind decisions, and taking ownership of outcomes.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $181,100 to $213,000 USD, with additional equity for all employees. Depending on the role, total compensation may also include an annual bonus.
