Senior Product Manager, Financial Reporting
Ledgy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance its equity management platform by developing comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions. The role focuses on automating complex financial processes and compliance requirements across three core reporting pillars: Financial, Compliance, and Operational reporting. This position is based in London, United Kingdom.
In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the equity management market and our customers' needs, becoming a subject matter expert for equity reporting. You will systematically analyze qualitative customer feedback, quantitative usage data, and product gaps in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and customer-facing business partners. Additionally, you will collaborate with product leadership on the vision and strategy of our reporting and analytics pillar, define and execute a roadmap to advance Ledgy's financial reporting, tax reporting, and operational reporting, and align your team around strategic goals and success metrics.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Product Management, with at least some experience in B2B SaaS. Experience in building and scaling reporting, analytics, or accounting products with a focus on automation and user experience is essential. A strong understanding of financial systems, data analytics, reporting platforms, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 1/SOC 2, IFRS) is required. The candidate should be a fast learner who enjoys diving into complex regulatory and financial topics, with relevant experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting applying Scrum. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
