Senior Product Manager
The Senior Product Manager role at Pixel Pioneers involves leading the development and optimization of skill-based and social gaming products. Key responsibilities include developing clear product strategies and roadmaps, leading the launch and post-launch optimization of new gaming platforms, and driving product improvements through feature prioritization and roadmap execution. The role also involves working closely with UI/UX, engineering, and product coordination teams to efficiently deliver features, analyzing player behavior and product metrics to inform data-driven decisions, overseeing game mechanics and economy design to enhance engagement and monetization, and ensuring product decisions comply with regulatory requirements.
Candidates should have significant experience in gaming, iGaming, or casual gaming product management, with a strong understanding of game mechanics, meta features, and game economy design. Proven ability to own product strategy and make autonomous decisions is essential, along with experience in launching and iterating live products in fast-paced environments. A strong grasp of monetization models and commercial product performance, experience with data-driven product development and experimentation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones are also required.
