Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the Head of Technology to translate product vision into clear strategies and guide engineering and design teams through execution. The role focuses primarily on skill-based gaming and social gaming products.

Key responsibilities include translating product vision into clear product strategy and roadmap for engineering and design teams, leading the launch and post-launch optimization of a new skill-based gaming platform, driving product improvements, feature prioritization, and roadmap execution, working closely with UI/UX, engineering, and product coordination teams to deliver features efficiently, analyzing player behavior, product metrics, and performance to guide data-driven product decisions, overseeing game mechanics, meta systems, and economy design to support engagement and monetization, and ensuring product decisions align with regulatory requirements and compliance considerations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in gaming, iGaming, or casual gaming product management, a strong understanding of game mechanics, meta features, and game economy design, proven ability to own product strategy and make autonomous decisions, experience launching and iterating live products in a fast-paced environment, strong understanding of monetization models and commercial product performance, experience working with data-driven product development and experimentation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
