Senior Product Support Engineer

The company is seeking a Senior Product Support Engineer to join their team in Barcelona, Spain. This role is integral to bridging the gap between Customer Operations and Engineering, ensuring seamless product performance and customer satisfaction.
As a Senior Product Support Engineer, you will lead the investigation and resolution of complex product escalations, proactively monitor product data health to identify and address accuracy issues, and mentor team members on technical approaches. You will also own technical documentation in Confluence, collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to align on root causes and prioritize fixes, identify patterns in recurring issues to propose structural solutions, and contribute to the team's automation and AI tooling layer to enhance overall effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in a product support or engineering role, with proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience working with AI-assisted workflows. Hands-on experience with support and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence is essential, along with exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
