WPP Media is seeking a Senior Programmatic Specialist to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic. In this role, you will manage and optimize programmatic campaigns for high-profile clients, including DM, Česká spořitelna, and T-Mobile. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of internal tools and processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the entire lifecycle of RTB campaigns—from strategic planning to execution and optimization within DSP systems such as DV360 and Adform. You will analyze campaign data, prepare comprehensive reports and case studies, and present findings to clients. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential to drive campaign success.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in RTB or PPC. Proficiency with platforms like DV360, Adform, or The Trade Desk is required. Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Effective communication in English is necessary, as you will interact with clients and global teams.
