The Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Lead will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing quality throughout the product lifecycle. This role involves defining the QA strategy and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver reliable, secure, and user-friendly features. Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive test plans, implementing effective testing processes and tools, and ensuring smooth release cycles with data-driven quality tracking.
Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in QA or Software Quality roles, with a minimum of 2 years leading QA initiatives or teams in a fast-paced product environment. Essential qualifications include strong expertise in test strategy, risk-based testing, requirements analysis, and release management. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, pytest, Jest, Postman, and Newman is required. Proficiency with CI/CD and version control systems like GitHub, GitLab Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI, as well as a solid understanding of modern web and mobile architectures, APIs, microservices, and cloud environments, are also necessary.
