The Senior Sales Enablement Partner, Alliances at Tipalti is a strategic role focused on empowering the company's network of referral, integration, and channel partners. This position ensures that partners are well-equipped to identify, position, and co-sell Tipalti's solutions, while also enabling internal Alliance teams to manage these relationships effectively. By bridging the gap between Tipalti's internal product knowledge and partners' go-to-market strategies, the role aims to accelerate partner ramp-up times and foster long-term ecosystem growth.

Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic advisor to Alliances leadership by developing and executing the Alliances enablement roadmap. The role involves architecting a comprehensive partner onboarding journey, leading internal onboarding programs for new Alliance Managers, and scaling a partner hub in collaboration with Partner Marketing and Sales Operations. Additionally, the position requires designing ongoing training content, driving cross-functional collaboration for product launches, and creating standardized playbooks to facilitate co-selling motions with Alliances.

Candidates should possess over 8 years of experience in sales enablement or related fields, with a proven track record in supporting Alliances, Channel, or Partner organizations. Direct experience as an Alliance Manager, Account Executive, or Solutions Consultant within a SaaS or consumption-based environment is highly preferred. The role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build relationships in a multi-stakeholder environment, and familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Crossbeam, and Mindmatrix. Adaptability and a results-driven mindset are essential for thriving in Tipalti's fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Tipalti offers a competitive benefits package, including a hybrid working model requiring in-office presence on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Employees receive competitive salaries and stock options, matching RRSP contributions, extended benefits, and maternity, paternity, and fertility treatment benefits. Additional perks include 15 days of PTO, subsidized lunches on office days, fresh fruit and snacks in the office, and regular company-wide social events. The company fosters an inclusive culture with multiple Employee Resource Groups celebrating diversity.

Tipalti prides itself on a collaborative culture, high-quality products, and a team of passionate professionals. The company provides career coaching and an environment where diverse individuals can thrive and make a significant impact. With a commitment to removing the complexities of global business and accelerating finance operations efficiency, Tipalti offers ample growth opportunities for its employees.
