As a Senior Service Manager at AUTO1 Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our national and international procurement and sales processes. Your primary focus will be on organizing and overseeing the (de-)registration process, while also ensuring that other operational processes run efficiently and accurately.

Your key responsibilities will include the swift and accurate processing of all administrative tasks related to the (de-)registration process. You will utilize Google Sheets to record, verify, and manage data, provide necessary information for BPM refunds, and maintain communication with authorities such as the Tax Office and the RDW to ensure full compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving and monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance data to identify bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.

The ideal candidate will have completed an MBO-4 or HBO education and possess experience in operations, administration, or service processes. A driver's license (B) is preferred. Strong skills in data management, process optimization, and working with KPIs, particularly using Google Sheets, are essential. You should be proactive, structured, and comfortable with responsibility and leadership. Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English are required.
