Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform & Agents

Coalition, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our AI Platform & Agents team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our AI-driven solutions that power our cybersecurity and insurance products. As a key member of the engineering team, you will collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to build scalable and efficient AI systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining AI platforms and agent-based systems. You will work on integrating machine learning models into production environments, ensuring robustness and scalability. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of APIs and tools that facilitate seamless interaction between AI components and other services.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in software engineering, particularly in building AI or machine learning platforms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java is essential. Experience with cloud services, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies is highly desirable. A solid understanding of machine learning concepts and experience in deploying models to production is also required.
